1 large chicken breast cooked and cut into cubes
1/4 cup low-fat cream cheese softened
1/4 cup onions diced
1 cup spinach diced
1/2 cup mushrooms diced
1 tbls Indian curry
1/2 tsp cumin
Mix onions, spinach, mushrooms and cream cheese.
Add the chicken breast, curry, cumin and salt & pepper mixing well.
Spray 1 wonton with cooking spray and add 1 tbls of mix in the center of the wonton and fold like an envelope.
Space the wontons 1inch apart on a cookie sheet of parchment paper and bake 15 minutes on 375.
