This weekend I had the pleasure of having brunch with my Japan bound friend 🙁 at
Co Co. Sala and indulged in the most delightful cocktail. The beauty of Co Co. Sala is the chocolate infused drinks which seem a bit strange on paper, but a true pleasure. Due to the cold weather and snow trying to make it’s way to the ground, I opted for the “Apollo” and true to form, I was compelled to re-create this beauty at home with a few alterations.
