I built this box garden 45 days ago here and I’m pretty excited to see the progress. The kale, swiss chard, cabbage, broccoli, spinach, and onions are doing great. The strawberries seems to be a bust and the carrots, okra, and bell pepper are moving pretty slow but overall I’m pleased. I continue to water every other day and feed twice a week. I cooked my first batch of spinach last night and I was really impressed, the leaves even after being cooked were still very green, vibrant and tender, the taste was incredibly fresh and flavorful. It’s going to be very difficult to every buy spinach again. If you have even a corner of space to spare, I would recommend this to anyone.
