Since arriving in St. Lucia and checking into the beautiful Jade Mountain, the one word to describe it all is relaxation. This is the most incredibly laid back and relaxed place on earth, with it’s beautifully appointed rooms, exquisite service and expansive menu, who could ask for anything more. With the fourth wall gone, in-room swimming pool, bed side view of the Pitons and ocean, occasional birds making themselves at home (a bit strange) it feels as if you are one with the elements.
