One of my all time favorite foods has to be Thai Shrimp from pretty much any authentic Thai restaurant. So when my husband came home and asked if I wanted Thai from our neighborhood spot, my first reaction was ABSOLUTELY! After a few moments, I thought about the fact we had already been out four days this week and opted to whip up my own Thai meal.
