One of my favorites dishes of all time has to be quiche. My mother who was the most incredible chef ever, made the most amazing quiche that had my sister and I raving about it our entire life. I decide to re-create a family staple with a twist. Instead of the Jimmy Dean sausage my mom used, I opted for Italian chicken sausage.
