DIY leather tassel clutch

For the last couple of months I’ve been looking at the most beautiful leather sitting in my studio.  I’m generally not that person that hesitates to cut into something, but this leather was so amazing I was waiting for the right time.  The leather is a European single bend found here at Tandy Leather   which is currently on sale.  The normal price for this leather is $190 and it rarely goes on sale, so at $129 it’s a steal.  European single bend is a flawless, premium, very clean piece of leather.  Although this is the leather I used, this clutch can be made using anything above 4-5oz weight leather.

The pattern Is a self drafted clutch pattern available for you to download with visual instructions free here.
