Digital Products (PDF Patterns)

All digital patterns and downloadable products are final sale.
Because digital files cannot be returned, we do not offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations on any PDF patterns or digital downloads.

Once your purchase is completed, you will receive instant access to your files.

Order Issues

If you experience any of the following, we’re here to help:

Trouble accessing or downloading your files
Receiving an incorrect file
A technical issue on our site that affected your purchase

Duplicate Purchases

If you accidentally purchased the same digital pattern more than once, contact us with your order numbers. We are happy to issue store credit for the duplicate item.
